Welcome to our Home Beautification Service! We are delighted to have you here and excited to assist you with all your decor and lighting needs. Before we begin, let's go over some important terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both parties involved.

• What we do. Outdoor lighting (landscape, façade, patio/café string, holiday/seasonal), and property care (pressure/soft washing, gutter and window cleaning).

• Estimates & scope. Estimates are good-faith and based on visible conditions. Final price may change if hidden conditions or added work arise; we’ll confirm changes with you first.

• Scheduling & access. Weather/safety can shift dates. You provide safe access (gates, power, panels) and clear work areas; we work neatly and protect landscaping.

• HOA/permits. You handle approvals/permits unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Methods & safety. We use proper methods (e.g., GFCI, UL-listed components, soft-wash where appropriate) and may decline unsafe work.

• Mounting & trees. We use appropriate anchors; living trees move/grow and may need periodic re-tensioning (billable maintenance).

• Temporary vs. permanent. Event lighting is short-term and removed on schedule; permanent systems need periodic care (lamp life, cleaning, plant growth).

• Property care limits. Some stains (rust/tannins, deep oil) may not fully lift; underground drains are excluded unless stated; window results may be limited by pre-existing seal/scratch issues.

• Warranty. Manufacturer warranties pass through. Our workmanship is warrantied for [X months/years]; excludes wear, consumables, surges, storms, pests, third-party damage or client alterations.

• Payment. [Deposit %] due to schedule/order materials; balance due at substantial completion. Late balances may incur fees permitted by GA law.

• Cancellations. Please give 48-hour notice. Custom/seasonal materials may be non-refundable once ordered.

• Photos. With your permission, we may take before/after photos for quality control/portfolio (we honor privacy requests).

• Liability. We aren’t responsible for pre-existing or concealed conditions. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the service.

• Confidentiality: We prioritize the confidentiality of our clients' information and ensure that all details shared with us remain private and secure.

• Code of Ethics: Our agency upholds the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all our dealings. We are committed to acting in the best interests of our clients at all times

• Dispute Resolution: In the rare event of any disputes or disagreements, we promise to work towards an amicable resolution that is fair and satisfactory to all parties involved.
