After consultation, we’ll send you a quote. And once you’ve confirmed, give us a week you would like for install and we’ll coordinate a specific date. So you can expect us beforehand, we’ll text a reminder the day before install.

Unless power must be accessed through the garage, you do not have to be present for install. Our technicians will supply all necessary materials from the lights down to the cords and timers. At LUA, we take pride in our work and the traditional Christmas aesthetic we create. We insure that every bulb on your roof is straight, every cord hidden, and every mini-light wrapped tightly around your tree.

With LUA, you have unlimited 24/7 access to our maintenance services. If you lose power and the timer gets off schedule or a bulb on your roof goes out, let us know and we’ll be out within two days to get you back to perfect.

The last week of December, we’ll reach out with a date for takedown. If you would like to keep them up longer or need them down by a specific date, just let us know what date you prefer. We’ll remove all decorations and take them with us so you never have to touch the lights from install to storage.

Our decorations are temporary and so is the hardware we use to install them. We take every precaution to avoid damaging your property and at the consultation, we’ll notify you beforehand of any potential need to place a screw.
